As a Platform Product Manager, you will enable Yousician to identify, license, and produce the most valuable content for the users across the products by providing efficient internal tools.  A large, high-quality library of songs is why users find the product valuable. 

What you'll do

• Develop and scale up the internal tools for content (for example songs) that are used across the Yousician products
• Enable: 
• Content delivery team efficiently to produce and manage different content assets (arrangements, audio, video etc.)
• Product teams to identify and prioritize new content
• Licensing team to acquire licenses, ensure compliance to licenses and perform royalty reporting
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (product, content, and licensing teams) to identify the needs for data, data analytics, tools, and data integrations (e.g. for song production, licensing, and royalty reporting)
• Prioritize the needs for a development roadmap, and oversee the execution together with the engineering teams

Who you are

• Experience as a product or project manager leading teams with a technical skillset
• Ability to cross between the engineering and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and in high quality
• Strong communications and influencing skills
• Creative and analytical approach to understand and solve problems
• General understanding of musical notation and music production tools

Nice to have experiences: 

• Service design /SW architecture experience
• Experience in music industry
• Hand-on SW development
• Data analytics/statistics/integration skills
