We are now looking for our Financial Management Software cluster an experienced and focused Head of Product Office.
What you will be doing
The Office of the CPO is responsible for the operational and strategic management of common unit area work. The main responsibilities revolve around unit level HR support, finance management, planning, governance & assurance, communications, contract management, and KPI’s across the software suite. We have been in business for nearly 40 years and thus have many products in the portfolio. We also have a healthy R&D pipeline and lots of innovation that consistently push us forward with our product portfolio.
You will manage and lead your own team and assure the operational success of the whole FMS (Financial Management Software) product portfolio. You team up strongly with the Chief Product Officer and work very closely with the Head of Software Product Lines. Your main duties evolve around joint unit level projects, finance management, planning, and overall portfolio management. Culture, progress, and other HR related projects are also led by you together with the Chief Product Officer.
This position is based at our Head Office in Keilaniemi Espoo, but other locations in Finland could also be considered. This role will include some travelling.

Our expectation towards the role revolves around progressive experience in the Software or IT Industry and a senior level management background. Evidence of successful people leadership, coaching, and project management is what we are also looking for. In order to succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong and positive will in addition to having an extensive change management experience.
We are growing internationally and for this reason we are look for someone who has already operated in international working environments and has experience internationally. We are a fast growing and evolving company; we expect the needed dynamic attitude from you.
- Around 10-15 years of experience in relevant roles in the IT/Software industry
- A relevant master’s degree or equivalent
- Fluency both in Finnish and English
- A proven track record from
- HR & People Management
- Change Management & Leadership
- Finance & Control management
- Portfolio Management
- Knowledge or experience of different Software Development KPI’s, models, and ways of working
- Knowledge or experience of Product Management life cycle management
