Product Support Engineer

Sandvik Rock Processing, part of the Sandvik Group, is a leading supplier of equipment, tools, maintenance, and technical services for the mining and civil engineering industries. Its products include attachment tools, crushers, screens, and feeders. The Lahti-based unit is responsible for the attachment tools and screening & feeding equipment business. We are now looking for an active and professional Product Support Engineer to join our Screens & Feeders organization in sales support.

Your mission

Your main responsibilities will include technical support to Sandvik's sales companies and other general product support duties. You will provide support in areas such as technical sales documents, equipment selection and special customer requests. You will work closely with sales companies, product design and other key stakeholders.

Your background

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a relevant technical education (DI or engineer) and knowledge of the most common design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Proficiency in MS-Office tools are also a prerequisite for success in the role. You are self-motivated, cooperative, and service-oriented by nature. A solution-oriented attitude and a systematic way of working are prerequisites for successful completion of the task. A few years of work experience in international industrial business or infrastructure business and crushing/screening process knowledge are considered an advantage. Our international environment requires a good command of English and the ability to travel.
