We are now looking for an experienced

Product Designer

To lead product definition and modularization process, and drive the design and modeling of required product components and common shared services for Corporate customer products and solutions.

Responsibilities and tasks

As Product Designer, you will have the overall responsibility for the product modeling and design work, including the following:

• Understand business practices, needs, requirements and priorities, and discuss potential solutions with business stakeholders
• Challenge old operating models and guide the development towards standardized processes and simplified solutions
• Document and present product structures, use cases, requirements, and other relevant input to the development teams
• Lead and actively participate in product modeling work together with product management, service offering development and business transformation teams
• Define development priorities and make necessary scope and design decisions based on received stakeholder input
• Collaborate closely with development team throughout design, development and testing phases

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and capabilities:

• Product design:
  • Clear understanding of product management, product modeling and product data, understanding of TM Forum Information Framework (SID)
  • Highly experienced in requirement and use case definition in product and process development
  • Ability to conceptualize and generalize based on various inputs from different sources
• Business process transformation:
  • Experience and achievements in analysis and development of business processes
  • Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent skills to quantify benefit, cost and ROI
• B2B industry expertise:
  • Experience with Corporate Customers’ products/solutions and business principles
  • Understanding of sales, ordering, delivery and billing processes and systems of Corporate Customers’ products/solutions
• Facilitation and communication:
  • Courage to question current ways of working
  • Customer orientation and commitment to delivering excellent end user experience
  • Ability to motivate, influence and organize others both in English and Finnish - excellent project management skills
