Component delivery (MTAC), manufacturing world-class CH, CR, Engine blocks component and proto and test parts globally for Wärtsilä. Our priorities are high quality parts, delivery precision and manufacturability of the parts. The machine tools in production must be of high quality.
 
We are now looking to welcome an enthusiastic Machining or Sub-Assembly person to join the team in our Component Delivery.

The role is offered on a permanent basis and will be based in Vaasa, Finland. The work address will be in the brand-new Smart Technology Hub in Vaskiluoto.

Koneistaja / Osakokoonpano asentajan tehtäväkuvaus:

• Valmistettavien moottoreiden komponentti valmistus, sekä mahdollinen osakokoonpano työ.
• Valmistettavien komponenttien laadunvalvonta ja tarvittavat raportoinnit.
• Automaation päivittäinen käyttö.
• Osakokoonpanoon liittyvät asennus työt.
• Koneistamiseen liittyvät työkaluhuollot, leikkuunesteen valvonnat.
• Pienimuotoiset kunnossapitotyöt yhdessä yhteistyö Partreneiden kanssa.
• Työturvallisuudesta huolehtiminen. Ohjeiden ja sääntöjen noudattaminen. 
• Jatkuva parantaminen on meillä päivittäinen toimintatapa.
• Tarvittaessa olemme valmis tarjoamaan osaamis ja työn kehitys mahdollisuuksia.
• Työtehtävä on vuorotyötä.

 
Pätevyysvaatimukset ja tarvittavat taidot:

• Tehtävään vastaava tekninen koulutus tai vastaava kokemus.
• Pelkäämätön asenne tarttua uusiin haasteisiin, sekä pyrkiä hyvään suoritus kykyyn.
• Olet kiinnostunut ja valmis kehittämään itsesi.
• Valmius tavoitteiden asetentaan ja toimimaan tavoitteiden mukaisesti.
• Kiinnostus valmistus tekniikkaan ja halu kehitää itseä sekä ryhmän toimintaan.
• Laadun ja mittausjärjestelmien tuntemus luetaan eduksi.
• Teknisten piirustusten luku- ja tulkintataito.
• Laatu järjestelmien kokemus
• Automaation ja robotiikan kokemus lasketaan eduksi.
• Windows ja IT työkalujen perus osaaminen.
• Tiimi työskentely Hyvä kyky työskennellä sekä ryhmässä että itsenäisesti ja myös vuorotyössä.
• Hyvä Suomen kielen taito. Ruotsi ja Englanti osaaminen lasketaan eduksi.
