ERP Business Coordinator, Global Design & Engineering

Our subsidiaries include the cabin factory Piikkio Works Oy, Shipbuilding Completion Oy, the supplier of ship interior areas, and the design company ENG’nD Oy. Together with our sister shipyards, Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany, and Neptun Werft in Rostock, we are one of the world’s leading cruise ship builders. We are constantly working more closely with our sister shipyards, and many of our employees work shorter or longer periods in Germany as well.
We are now looking for an ERP Business Coordinator, Global Design & Engineering.
Your role
As ERP Business Coordinator, you will be part of Meyer Global Design & Engineering division and work as a member of Design tools and Methods team.
Your tasks include definition and standardization of design and engineering ERP processes like material definition and creation processes. You will collaborate closely with our global and local ERP teams in Germany and Finland and with the PLM team.
Implementation of the material workflows to ERP system is done in collaboration with your colleagues at IT department.
You will align solution with PLM team to ensure a proper interface between ERP and PLM processes.
You support the business organization to operate the system and ensure implementation of defined methods in operational business.
Your responsibilities also include creating and maintaining of process-based end user documentation as well as training and administration of the software MEYER Group together with the Academy.
You will be supported by our PLM business architects along the way. The team you will be part of is located at both Turku, Finland and Papenburg, Germany.
You
We are expecting technical competence for the task and an academic background (Engineering or IT).
You have experience of documenting use cases and business workflows. You know SAP S/4 HANA platform and have firsthand knowledge of material management in SAP. You can perform configurations to it.
You have experience of implementing new workflows into ERP system.
You have good communication skills in English. German and/or Finnish is an advantage. You are willing to travel.
