My name is Ville Nyyssönen and I lead Telia Inmics-Nebula's talented Service Management Team. As our organization is growing, we ‘re now looking for a Service Manager to join our awesome crew in Helsinki.

Your next big opportunity?

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the services provided to the customer. You understand the customer's business requirements for ICT. You take care of and assist customers in their development projects. You lead customers in accordance with Telia's values (Dare, Care & Simplify) and Vision: https://www.teliacompany.com/en/about-the-company/strategy/.

Your primary location will be our brand new and modern office at Tripla (Helsinki). Other locations are negotiable.

Is this you?

You have an active approach to customer relationship management and the identification of new solutions that offer added value to the customer. You have the commitment to exceed customers’ expectations and strong customer-facing experience. As a person you are outgoing and confident in handling different situations with your stakeholders. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English and have good documentation skills.

You have

• Good understanding of multiple technologies and the elements of an End-to-End service (cloud apps, network, virtualization, storage)
• IT Management experience within a Data Center, cloud solutions and managed services.
• Wide experience from End-user services (ServiceDesk, DaaS, Device lifecycle, Onsite support).
• Good skills to handle customer meetings and find new solutions to improve customers it-infrastructure.
• Previous experience of service management
• Ability to challenge current ways of working and drive development activities

ITIL-certification and knowledge of public sector are seen as an advantage.
