You will be working as part of a small but experienced team developing our Isolta and Procountor Solo products, used by tens of thousands of entrepreneurs and small businesses in multiple countries. The products are praised by our customers for their ease of use, and beneath the surface, there is a strong focus on quality and security.

As a member of our team, you would participate in the planning and implementation of new functionality as well as maintaining the software. You would also participate in the peer review of changes, and occasionally help debug production issues. We regularly discuss ways of improving both our technology and processes and we would appreciate your contributions. We think that as a fellow developer, you might want to know that our codebase has great unit test coverage (there are also integration and end-to-end tests), that we make extensive use of static analysis, and that our dependencies are kept up to date.

Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, but we also have locations in Turku, Tampere, Oulu, Jyväskylä, and Stockholm, and we work with a flexible hybrid model. 

• You are comfortable with both back-end and front-end development, and have relevant work experience in software development (min. 2 years)
• You have a degree in e.g., computer science or software engineering
• You share our passion for creating high quality software
• You have knowledge of web application security
• You have experience of developing or consuming APIs
• You are fluent in English

(you don't need to know them all!)

• Our key technologies include PHP 8.2, Symfony 6, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Git, GitHub Actions, AWS and Docker. We mention the version numbers because we appreciate that you don’t want to work with ancient PHP versions. Neither do we 🙂
