We are now looking for a DesignOps Lead to help us bring our design community to a new level.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Elisa’s common design practices, processes and tools and the growth design maturity across our organization
• Develop and facilitate the Elisa-wide design community
• Join the Head of Design and Design team leads in defining and implementing an impactful design vision and strategy
• Support in developing the designers’ growth and career development

We think the ideal candidate would have the following experience, qualities and qualifications:

• Building communities and cultivating practices of sharing and collaboration
• Creating a collaborative and supportive atmosphere for success and failure
• Building, leading and managing design operations or cross-functional teams
• Driving the team towards excellence and helping raise the quality of craftmanship
• An enthusiastic team player with excellent social skills
• Thinking big and acting small - getting things done
• 8+ years experience in several areas of design
• A suitable Master's degree

Many members of our design community are based in Helsinki or Tampere, but like the rest of the Elisians, we work flexibly.
