We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join the Salesforce Platform & Solutions team in Elisa’s Software Services, Customer & Online department.

In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing the architecture of Elisa’s CRM systems together with their providers in all aspects regarding quote-to-cash, marketing, sales, customer service and customer relationship management.

You will work closely with our development teams, crafting the solution together, supporting them with technical design and work estimations. With your proven problem-solving and technology leadership skills, you will play important part in leading Elisa CRM solutions towards technical excellence.

To shine in this position, you should have capabilities to understand and implement new opportunities provided by digital business in cloud centric environment. Ideally, having at least 5 years of experience in working with demanding tasks in digital transformation of large scale and complex implementations in multi-vendor environment, designing, integrating, and implementing enterprise-level CRM systems. You should be able to guide business decisions on comparative products and features, considering IT simplification within complex processes, especially in situations when "Simple is Complex".

Having ability to learn new things, solving problems creatively, having strong analytical skills and customer-centric mindset will significantly help you in this role.

We hope you to have:

• Deep understanding of Salesforce technology & native platform capabilities
• 3+ years of experience managing Quote-to-Cash applications, including CPQ and Contract Management with proficiency in CPQ
• Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of all aspects of any CPQs on Salesforce platform; experience in generating proposal and quote documents preferred
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies: Salesforce clouds, Marketing cloud, Heroku
• Understanding of Products & Pricing configuration, availability checks, integrations with EPC and Order Management is critical to the success in this role
• Strong communication and presentation skills to be able to put forward solutions to complex problems in clear and logical manner
• Fluent English to work in Elisa’s international teams

We also appreciate if you have:

• Experience in Telco industry and TMF CPQ experience
• Salesforce Architecture related certifications (especially, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist)
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) expertise

Our team is highly international, and our working language is English. You will be based in Pasila (Helsinki) with the freedom to work remotely when suitable.
