Delivery Center STH is looking for a Team Leader, Governor Workshops. This position is locating in STH Vaasa, Finland.

Responsibilities:

•  To develop and maintain tools and methods for governor service                                                                                                                         
•  Act as technical support within the team                                                                                                                                                                               
•  Being as superior for own team - Capacity management                                                                                                                                                
•  Lead HSE responsibilities in own responsibility area                                                                                                                                                       
•  Responsible for Quality, Delivery and Costs of own responsibility area                                                                                                                        
•  Follow up of nonconformities

Requirements:

•  B.Sc. or M.Sc. Engineering or Technician                                                                                                                                                                                 
•  4-5 years with Wärtsilä engines                                                                                                                                                                                                     
•  SAP knowledge                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
•  Coaching skills                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
•  Communication and negotiations skills                                                                                                                                                                                
•  Problem solving skills                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
•  Technical competence                                                                                                                                                                                                              
•  Fluent in written and spoken Finnish, English.
