We are now looking for a UX/Service Designer to join one of our international growing companies, Elisa Polystar. We are continuously developing and scaling our core products, but also working on a lot of exciting new projects to move the industry forward!

Elisa Polystar is a part of Elisa's international business domain. We started our journey as an internal startup, and now we are becoming an ever-growing global success story. We managed to automate our own network so well that we now offer our automation solution to operators worldwide, to support them with automation in planning, operations and optimization of radio networks.

What you'll do

• Ensure the aligned user experience in Elisa Polystar products and services
• Help the team to understand customers’ business needs and challenges
• Conduct user research and elaborate real-world use cases
• Come up with UX improvements and new ideas
• Design fluent customer flows and desirable user interfaces
• Present your design decisions to stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and co-creating sessions
• Ensure iterative design through prototyping and user testing
• Use data and user feedback to continuously improve the solution
• Build and share re-usable components through design system
• Support our brand with your impactful visual design skills to be used by marketing, business and sales teams

What do we hope from you

• Have a solid understanding of modern design technologies, collaboration tools and design systems
• Have experience in gathering customer insight with different methodologies
• Ability to communicate your design decisions fluently
• 3+ years of experience working in design
• Experience in communicating and collaboration with various stakeholders; customers, business and development
• Willingness to share ideas and design results with the design community and other stakeholders
• Good facilitation skills
• Full working proficiency in English
