You’ll join a <strong>Critical Tools</strong> team of 4 people, who will help you succeed in your new role. Together the team is responsible for configuration and maintenance of the internal services that are crucial for the whole company and allow other teams to function effectively.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading and coaching a modern <strong>cross-functional team of 4</strong><strong>-5 </strong>devops engineers</li> <li>Mentoring and helping other teams to work with CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Python/shell/YAML scripting), code analysis (SonarQube) and version control (Git)</li> <li>Establishing best practices for code management, automation, security, and quality control from DevOps perspective, promoting these on a company level</li> <li>Taking part in architectural design and decision making for the services owned.
