The Central Risk & Asset Management Infrastructure team analyses, develops, optimizes, and automates Credit and Asset Management processes in close collaboration with the local Financial Services companies within the SFS Business Units Commercial Finance represented in 14 countries worldwide. You help to create, implement, and further develop applications and related systems for the Business Unit Commercial Finance You communicate and coordinate with business users, external system providers and internal IT acting as an intermediatory You work closely with the Application Owner as a deputy You work jointly with IT, analyzing potential of new technologies and their benefits for COF RM You actively propose digitalization measures to increase efficiency and speed for processes whilst pro-actively managing a wide range of stakeholders on different hierarchy levels You organize and coordinate the implementation of changes in applications. This includes the definition of user stories, alignment of IT specifications and the coordination, performance, and documentation of user acceptance testing You prepare and maintain the applications documentation You train end users, provide training material, user manuals and working instructions You analyze data to further develop processes and systems Moreover, you actively participate in different project teams What you need to make real what matters. You have successfully completed your university degree in a relevant field of study You have several years of experience in working in IT projects, preferably using agile project methods You bring along know-how and analytical skills in designing IT systems and processes You have a proactive, self-determined style of working and initiative. You can complete tasks in a timely manner and have experience of change management. Analytical skills as well as a creative and constructive personality are desirable You are customer focused and enjoy interaction with colleagues and business partners in an international environment You act to translate business requirements into IT changes Advanced English skills are required (spoken and written), German skills are a plus The position includes occasional travelling to the different locations of SFS worldwide if required Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.
