RELEX recently announced the successful closure of a €500M funding round, bringing the company’s valuation to €5B.</p> <p>To support the rapid growth of our global go-to-market organization, we are now looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to manage and develop our global sales enablement programs. Together with a small but capable team of sales operations and enablement professionals, you will ensure that our go-to-market teams start with the best possible resources to help them achieve ambitious growth targets.</p> <p>This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Learning &amp; Development teams and liaise with external partners to design and deliver enablement content, materials and programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with stakeholders from Sales, and a passion for developing and managing scalable enablement programs in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position - to succeed in this role, you must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done.</p> <h3><br><strong><u>What you’ll be doing:</u></strong><strong> </strong><u></u></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and manage our global sales onboarding and training programs, using relevant mediums to fit the audience and content</li> <li>Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to produce and continuously improve enablement content, materials and programs</li> <li>Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams</li> <li>Use performance data to identify knowledge and skill gaps across the sales team</li> <li>Report on the impact of enablement programs</li> <li>Plan and organize global sales enablement and training events</li> <li>Support in selecting, implementing and maintaining sales enablement software</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>What you’ll bring to the table:</u></strong><u></u></p> <ul> <li>Proven work experience in an enablement role in Sales or other commercial functions</li> <li>Excellent program management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills</li> <li>Experience in designing, developing and delivering training programs and related resources</li> <li>Knowledge of sales training best practices</li> <li>Prior experience developing sales enablement collateral such as sales playbooks, cheat sheets, battle cards etc.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills (the working language is English)</li> <li>High proficiency in Office 365 tools</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: line-through;"> </span>Proactive and results-driven attitude</li> <li>Ability to work across time zones and travel for work internationally</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>What we consider as an advantage:</u></strong><strong> </strong><u></u></p> <ul> <li>Relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Education, Psychology, L&amp;D or similar)</li> <li>Knowledge of selling strategies and best practices in Enterprise SaaS</li> <li>Knowledge of instructional design frameworks and coaching models</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What we offer you in return:</u></strong><strong> </strong><u></u></p> <ul> <li>A front row seat within the international sales organization of a market-leading software company</li> <li>Responsibilities with company-wide implications from day one</li> <li>A respectful and professional, yet easy-going atmosphere where individual thinking is encouraged</li> <li>An international career with learning and progression opportunities</li> <li>A position where you can help retailers fight against food waste</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Are you the one we’re looking for?
