My name is Thomas Pettersson, and I am heading HR Solutions team within Corporate Technologies & Services within Telia Company IT Group organization.

We are delivering and supporting all HR related platforms in Telia, such as Workday, Pluralsight, Promote and Beamery and other HR solutions and to establish outstanding and modern corporate experience across our global footprint..

As we continue forward, we are now going to recruit a Workday Solution Lead, responsible for the solution, governance, technical support and new releases.

We are taking our Workday implementation (live since 2018) to the next level by further harmonize and simplify our people processes and solution landscape. This role will be key in our journey forward, to ensure that we are levering Workday solution to the fullest and in the intended way.

This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Manages and evaluates new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations.

• Perform and participate in product roadmap planning together with Product Owner(s) and Architects

• Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, and testing, etc.

• Execute end-to-end Workday defect management – investigation, testing & implementation

• Ensure that non-functional requirements are met in the system (data security, solution integrity, solutions are testable and does not impact performance, etc.)

• Work closely with stakeholders and other Workday specialists to deliver efficient and accurate system configuration and optimize the usage of Workday as per the business requirements and strategy

Is this you?

Your experience:
For this position, we are looking for someone with Business and IT experience in the People technology area. You most likely have been part of several Workday implementations across Nordic and/or Baltic companies and have several years of experience with Workday, and a deep and wide knowledge about the platform.

You can manage complex environments, strong stakeholders and are willing to deliver simple and efficient experiences for employees and the people operations.

You are confident in what is Workday best practice, and you dare to simplify by advocating simple and out of the box design of processes and solutions. You care for our people by acting quick on incidents and ensuring a consistent and stable user experience.

In short, you need:

• University degree and approximately 5+ years of experience working with People technology

• 3+ years of experience implementing or managing Workday solution

• Experience configuring Workday HCM, Security etc is a plus

• Deep and wide knowledge about Workday

• Good ITIL and Agile knowledge - SAFe® certification is advantage

• Excellent skills both in written and spoken English
