Our cross-functional Internal Business Applications team supports the Nortal Group's global growth – we believe in data-driven decisions and our solutions have direct impacts to business scalability and visibility.  Due to organizaton rapid growth and impressive Roadmap we are looking for Technical Project Manager.

As Technical Project Manager you will:

  • Manage the delivery of technical software development in cross-area projects (e.g., integrations, and upgrades). Responsible for coordination, target setting, value realization, quality assurance and implementation.
  • Use agile best practices to influence positive change through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
  • Taking the role of Scrum Master and driving agile ceremonies and practices. Monitor and measure delivery velocity and quality, Identifying and escalating risks if needed.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner(s) to ensure the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Time to Market and Quality.
  • Ability to interface with other Nortal geographies and manage communication across different time zones. 

    • What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years experience as cross-area and across countries IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, Team Manager, Tech Lead, Product Owner or similar roles
  • IT technical knowledge in software development - implementations of in-house and/or off-the-shelf products
  • Ability to coach, support and coordinate the development team, to make things happen, to motivate and to inspire
  • Experience as a Scrum Master guiding all relevant disciplines (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily meetings etc)
  • Solid understanding of change management, stakeholder management, communication and KPI setting, including planning and risk mitigation
  • Strong focus on quality and continued improvement
  • Good understanding of IT processes e.g., release and configuration management
  • Good understanding of IT landscape architecture principles and solution design best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment 
  • Open-mindedness and excellent teamwork skills 
  • Fluent in English  

    • It’s great if you have:

  • Good knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Technical background in software development frameworks and SaaS environment preferred
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, SAFe or XP
