Who are we looking for

We are looking for a CTO to join our Salesforce team to act as a senior leader. In this role, you are part of Customer Experience management team together with business lead and team leaders. You help creating positive, psychologically safe, fun, and rewarding workplace where talented people can perform meaningful work. You understand Salesforce releases and direction of development. Formulate our Salesforce technology strategy by combining market needs, technology trends and our existing competences and customer base.

In addition, in this role you:
• Drive the implementation of the strategy through realization of sellable concepts in close cooperation with concept owners. Steer competence development, adoption of unified development methods and best practices as well as effective information sharing.
• Own the process of developing, selling, and maintaining re-usable software components.
• Participate in pre-sales and marketing activities as a visible spokesperson and trusted advisor
• Boost collaboration with Salesforce at all levels
• Facilitate innovation workshops and Inspire customers with vision for maximizing value out of Salesforce platform
• Work as a senior advisor and subject matter expert in transformational customer projects, up to 50% of your working time.

In your background we appreciate:

• Relevant university education within business administration and / or technical field.
• Ability and motivation to lead and develop a market and offering, preferably in an international / Nordic context.
• Ability to work both operationally and strategically in a growth environment in close collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Previous successful track record in technology / business consulting with Salesforce
• Convincing and compelling presentations skills in Finnish and English
