With the team, you are responsible for platform topics that vary from infrastructure to software. The platform serves all RELEX product areas. You are responsible for the vision, product strategy, targets (OKRs) and KPIs. Your main responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Defining the future direction and vision of the platform together with lead architects</li> <li>Ensuring and coaching the team to turn the vision into roadmap items and specifications and developing them with Engineering and other Product teams</li> <li>Collaborating with various stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Sales and Product Areas) ensuring the platform supports their needs</li> <li>Ensuring continuous development of team’s practices and processes</li> </ul> Head of Product, SCM Performance and Architecture reports to the VP of Product Platform and shared Services. Most team members are in Helsinki (some are in Atlanta), and therefore preferred location would be Helsinki. Other RELEX offices in Europe enabling regular visits to Helsinki are negotiable.
