Our team is responsible for the development of Elisa’s Entertaining services, including Elisa Viihde, Elisa Viihde Viaplay, and Elisa Kirja. Elisa Viihde is the leading entertaining service in Finland, and we are constantly working hard in order to improve our service and grow the number of satisfied customers. Our team of Experience Managers, a Development Manager and a Business Analyst holds top class experience in the industry, and we constantly support and learn from one another.

In this job you get to work with leading Finnish and international streaming services, bringing exciting content to customers. The focus of this role lies in developing the user experience of Elisa Viihde together with business managers and development teams. You work as a Product Owner and are responsible for developing the customer experience, analyzing the customers’ feedback and needs, and functioning as their voice within our organization. These things will keep you busy in this role:

• Developing the service experience of Elisa Viihde based on our existing service vision
• Steering the development and usage of analytics and cloud services in order to support the service development
• Acting as Product Owner for the service’s development team
• Promoting the Entertainment services’ product development models together with the rest of the CX Service Portfolio team
• Define development needs based on the strategy, business and customer experience
• Analyzing customer experience feedback, utilizing the data to set targets and steer the development plan.

The role is permanent. Most of our team and other stakeholders are based in Helsinki, and because this job includes lots of development and driving projects forward in cooperation with other people, we wish that you would be able to spend time in Helsinki, too. That said, our team, like all of Elisa, works fluently together both virtually and onsite, and we trust you to work wherever and whenever best works for you.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in their role as Product Owner and to whom working with Agile methods and understanding how to analyze and utilize data is familiar. You won’t be expected to come up with development plans and models from scratch, but you need to take ownership and have a drive for taking services to the next level, not being afraid of challenging old operating models. We don’t expect you to be a unicorn, but if you tick most of these boxes, you may actually be one:

• Experience: you have previous experience in developing consumer customer services or online services, and preferably you are familiar with entertainment service or mobile service technologies
• Leadership/Product Owner skills: you are comfortable leading complex development projects, and you have previous experience of working in a PO role or similar, leading a development team
• Analytics: you have good understanding of utilizing data analytics to guide your decisions and how to apply customer feedback to service development
• Customer-centricity: Working with consumer customers and developing their service experience excites you
• Language skills: fluent English is required, as you will work with partners all over the globe. Finnish and Swedish language skills are an advantage in working with our consumers.
• Education: You have a suitable degree

In this job, you work closely (to say the least) with TV and streaming services very closely, so having an interest in movies, TV series or sports content is naturally a huge plus!
