Role:
You’ll be able to mold your role the way you see it best, that’s why we decided not to define this role as pure Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager. You can also discuss both technical and business points of view with the client and your team. You won’t take everything as given, and you are able to challenge clients if you see better ways of doing things. You give solutions rather than problems. This might sound challenging at first, but we don’t expect you to know everything from day one. You’ll be having an experienced team besides you, and a manager that knows the client and the tasks thoroughly. Here is a huge potential to show your skills and grow professionally – being curious, bold, and active.
Team and project:
We have small, self-guided developer teams. The projects that you’d be involved in first are for our clients that we have a long and good partnership. The project has been going on for a while now, and the duration is at least couple of years more. Our scope is to develop an internal system for the client that allows them to track and manage their rented assets globally, and for the client to do the same. The system is developed and working, used in 24 countries now. The system’s tech stack is .NET, Azure, Angular, Java, Liferay.
You have:
· Start-up spirit, and solution-oriented way of work
· Consultative background
· Experience in project management in an IT environment (if you have worked with DevOps teams- that’s a great plus)
Start: As soon as possible, during Q1 preferably.
Location: Finland (we have offices in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Turku, Uusikaupunki, and Oulu). We have a remote-first -policy.
