We’re looking for an Initiative Lead to lead discovering and experimenting for Metaverse & related opportunities for Elisa. The position is permanent.

You will be collaborating with all the relevant units across Elisa in business, production and support functions to find Elisa’s opportunities whether services, businesses or support services in Metaverse and things surrounding it. Apart from that you’ll guide us to understand the implications of this for e.g. network and other existing capabilities in Elisa’s production machine.

The position is in Production / Software Services unit (SoSe), surrounded expertise widely in software development, design, architecture, and business collaboration. SoSe unit is known for great spirit and strong focus on employee experience.

The main responsibility of the position is to provide leadership to Elisa’s Metaverse related activities across Elisa.

• Ability to work with insecurities and enable safe environment for learning and experimentation
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in collaborating in multidisciplinary environment
• Ability to guide and collaborate with potential internal and external partners

You will be based in our HQ in Pasila, Helsinki but you have the freedom to work remotely when suitable.
