We are looking for a CRM Service and Development Manager to work with modern technologies as a part of a fast-growing business. We wish that you understand the different possibilities of these platforms and you are motivated to develop our processes and drive change forward. We use D365 as a CRM system. You will be translating high level business requirements into functional specifications. You’ll take ownership of this area but also have a team of seasoned professionals to support you! 

You are part of our Processes and Business IT Team that is responsible for our internal tools and technologies, and also related processes. You will be working closely with our sales, marketing, customer success and consulting teams, as well as different external partners and vendors. 

Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, but our other locations are in Turku, Tampere, Oulu and Jyväskylä. We work with a flexible hybrid model.   

• Broad experience with customer management tools 
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 / Microsoft product family 
• Experience of process development and eagerness to drive change 
• Experience of platform integrations, configurations, and IT architecture is appreciated
