This is a new and exciting role in our Financial Management Software product development organization! Business Developer for Products proactively advances improvements, activities and projects that aim to create new solutions or to develop the existing ones.  Your key responsibilities include:

• Drive the development of new features, tools, services, or processes or improve the existing ones
• Steer the work of others towards a common goal
• Make concrete, realistic plans and ensure the plans progress as intended
• Create transparency by communicating actively towards stakeholders (Plans, expectations, progress, obstacles etc.)
• Contribute hands-on to advancing the task at hand: arrange workshops, identify actions, solve obstacles, write requirements, coach key players -whatever is needed to reach the goal
• Identify opportunities and share ideas that help to reach the strategic goals
• Seek for best solutions so that a variety of aspects is considered: business needs, customer insight, technical viability, process feasibility, cost/reward ratio etc.
• Attend to some operational tasks in Products area (such as project portfolio cost overview & forecast)

Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, but are other locations are in Turku, Tampere, Oulu and Jyväskylä. We work with a flexible hybrid model. 

• Experience in efficiently steering the work of others for a common goal
• Experience in developing, products, services & processes
• Experience in working with technical development teams so that you know how to transform complex business needs into easy-to-understand requirement specifications
• Ability to find and process relevant data (no matter the topic) and to use it to find the way forward
• Ability to turn high level plans and complex topics into actionable items and into clear & convincing communication
• Persistence & creativity to solve obstacles
• Excellent skills in both Finnish & English
