What you will do

At Yousician, Product Analytics, Data Science and Data Engineering work is to provide every team with the trustful source of product and business data-informed decisions.

The Product Data Analyst, focusing on product data exploration insights and constant process of product improvement through the feature iterations analysis is one of the most impactful roles inside the Yousician team. While being a permanent member of  the Yousician product team, you will work as a part of a strong team of data analysts, data scientists and data engineers.

You will: 

• Work as an essential part of Yousician product team
• Run quantitative analysis that supports app design decisions and feature roadmaps
• Proactively analyze app usage data to identify improvement possibilities
• Propose, plan, perform and evaluate AB tests for new product features
• Direct your team initiatives with the data support, analyzing and interpreting application data
• Help product team in transforming questions and ideas into concrete analysis
• Build and support impactful team metrics dashboards
• Collaborate with other data team members on extending the ways we use data to improve our apps

What you need to succeed

• Extensive knowledge of SQL, with a focus on product and business metrics modeling. We use Snowflake as a data warehouse, dbt for data modeling and Looker BI for data content delivery
• Proven product data analytics / product data science domain experience
• Fluency with product data workflows, statistics application and biases identification
• Experience with Python data analysis libraries
• Data visualization proficiency. We use Looker BI under the concept of self-service system, where analyst provide stakeholders with models and explores they need
• Great communication skills, both written and spoken

Bonus Points:

• Advance knowledge and experience of data pipeline development with dbt or similar data transformation tool
• Mobile apps monetisation and web acquisition attribution experience
• Expertise in product feature experiments and AB tests techniques
