Elisa Polystar is a part of Elisa's international business domain. We started our journey as an internal startup, and now we are becoming an ever-growing global success story. We managed to automate our own network so well that we now offer our automation solution to operators worldwide, to support them with automation in planning, operations and optimization of radio networks. Automating fairly complex things, to be frank. Automation Engine is our solution for realizing automated optimization and configuration changes in the radio access networks (RAN).

We now want you on board to help build our business since we are growing faster than you can say "self-organized networks". We are looking for a (Senior) Software Developer to strengthen our team and help us scale up our Automation Engine product. Your main tasks would include the development and maintenance of our product software. Depending on your skills and interests, your focus could be in backend or full-stack development

In order for you to succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

• Good overall technical skills as well as understanding of the business
• Excellent skills in Python, or proven ability to acquire it fast
• You have worked with at least a subset of technologies that we are using: Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana, object storage (like S3), React, TypeScript.
• You have working knowledge of the tooling for cloud native software development: git, GitHub, Linux, CI/CD tools and pipelines, command line scripting
• Experience from public and/or private clouds and RAN OSS’s is an advantage.
• Previous working experience in agile development teams
• It is a big bonus (but not a requirement) if you familiar with mobile network technologies (RAN)
