We are now looking for a Full Stack Trainee to join our team of highly skilled professionals to make a difference in the world of services!

As part of our R&D team, you will be designing, developing, and modifying modules based on functional and system requirements. You get to participate in the testing process through unit testing and bug fixes and daily scrum meetings and sprint planning are the way our R&D teams make things happen 😊

We’re looking for talents with 

  • Interest in software development and good cooperation and interaction skills
  • Motivation to get a job experience in the team during this paid trainee period
  • Knowledge of Java, which is a must. Angular - nice to have, but React, Vue or some experience in JavaScript in general is also welcome
  • Ability to bring in new innovative and bold ideas with fresh eyes, and a willingness to find solutions to them
  • Studies close to halfway of completion: you can be a student in your 3rd - 4th year or a fresh graduate
  • Full working proficiency level in English.

It’s a BIG plus if you have prior experience in the above-mentioned skills from either commercial or hobby projects.


The role is based in Poland, where we have offices both in Lublin and Warsaw - we have a hybrid model in use and work both remotely and at the office depending on the day after the onboarding process. 😊 If you have anything to ask concerning this position, our R&D Director Juha Huuhka (juha.huuhka@efecte.com) is happy to help!

The trainee period for this position is preferably from June to August (exact dates will be agreed upon), and when the feeling is mutual there might even be a possibility to continue after the trainee period.
