We are now looking for a Configuration Specialist to work with our Baseline product in our Product Management Team. In this role, you would be responsible for developing and maintaining our Baseline configuration product to match the customer needs and help our delivery organization and partner network to be more productive in their business. You would be part of a small and agile team working on the Baseline product and part of a larger company-level product organization.

Your daily work would include

• Working together with product managers and product owners to develop the Baseline product roadmap further
• Analyzing change proposals from customers, partners, and Efecte colleagues for the product and planning needed actions
• Making actual changes to the Baseline product
• Making sure the product supports the language requirements of international customers
• Documenting the product for customers and partners
• Act as a key member of the Baseline product team

We’re looking for talents with 

• Experience in IT Service Management solutions
• Strong Knowledge of ITSM best practices and ITIL principles
• Proven experience in technical writing and content generation
• Practical expertise in a scripting language such as Python
• Fluent written and spoken English skills, other language skills are seen as a plus
• Ability to learn and adopt new things quickly

Familiarity of our tooling is a bonus: Docker, JIRA, Confluence.
