Manager, Smart Solutions Product Management – Valtra Tractors & Data

YOUR ROLE 

• Translate smart farming customer needs into defined actions in our development projects according to corporate strategy and profitability to deliver the best tractor experience to our customers. 

• Collaborate with a cross functional team to create a vision and manage smart farming roadmap. 

• Achieve objectives by collecting, analyzing, identifying, finalizing, documenting, and communicating customer requirements for future products both internally and externally. 

• Create a vision to use data to understand customer needs and create business out of data. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 

• You have good knowledge of the agriculture and machinery industry. 

• You have experience of precision farming technology and how it supports farmers to achieve their goals or from related telemetry technology. 

• You have good project management skills, are collaborative and a good communicator. 

• You are competent in Microsoft Office and fluent in English. Finnish, German and French are a definite plus. 

• Masters/Bachelor level degree in Technology, Agronomy, Engineering, Marketing or Business is required. 

• Traveling is required in Europe mostly, for an average 15–30 days a year.
