That’s why we are looking for you, a student interested in customer research to join Elisa's Customer Insights team for the summer. The task includes participating in the planning and implementation of customer surveys, data processing, analytics and reporting.

In this role you will get to know the analysis of customer data at Elisa and accompany vacationers in data collection, processing, and reporting during the summer. The position is fixed term from May to August. The specific preferred dates will be agreed upon together.

You will be based in our HQ in Pasila, Helsinki but you have the freedom to work remotely when suitable.

What we expect from you:

• Basic knowledge of customer research and data-based statistical analysis methods
• Passion for customer understanding and driving business improvements
• An open and development-oriented approach
• Ability to work both creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Enthusiasm for data analytics and data-driven business development
• Suitable academic studies that are preferably near completion
• Good communication skills in both Finnish and English
