We are seeking talented and driven Talent Acquisition Researchers to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in sourcing and researching candidates for hard-to-fill positions in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with the hiring managers in the business team to identify and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Use various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to determine fit for specific positions
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and experience
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with the business teams to develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment technology and sourcing tools

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition researching or related field
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify potential candidates for sales, customer success and other commercial roles.
  • Experience with online sourcing tools such as LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • You speak English fluently and have one of the languages in business proficient level: Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, German.

Recruitment process:

First phone call: I (Annu Koskela) will schedule a phone call with you to discuss more about the role, the compensation model and answer any possible questions you might have. In addition to this, I would like to know who you are, what your experience has been, and what motivates you. The call will be in English.
Interview via videocall: you will meet the hiring manager. There you can learn how the job will be like in specific. 
Final interview at the office or via videocall: you will meet the other team managers.
