We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and build a world-class talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and have a track record of success in recruiting top talent preferably in B2B organisation. Do you have a firm believe in setting clear targets and leading from the front with ones own work? – You could be the one that we are looking for!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage a team of recruiters to ensure successful execution of recruitment plans
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop appropriate recruitment plans
  • Develop and manage recruiting budgets and ensure recruiting goals are met within budget
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommend changes as needed
  • Have an active role in developing a strong employer brand to attract top talent
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices for talent acquisition

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition, and leading result of a team
  • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition front line and managerial work
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools

Recruitment process:

First phone call: I (Annu Koskela) will schedule a phone call with you to discuss more about the role, the compensation model and answer any possible questions you might have. In addition to this, I would like to know who you are, what your experience has been, and what motivates you. The call will be in English.
Interview via videocall: you will meet the hiring manager. There you can learn how the job will be like in specific. 
Final interview at the office or via videocall: you will meet the other team managers.
