We are looking for an
APS Engineer
to join Manufacturing Engineering and AGCO Production System Department at Suolahti
What You do
Your main responsibility is to promote LEAN mindset and AGCO Production System standards. You will have an essential role in process, layout, and workstation design in various improvement projects.
You communicate effectively and openly, creating a supportive and forward-looking atmosphere. You will produce training materials and other visual documents and train personnel in using targeted LEAN tools (e.g., 8 wastes, 6S, TPM, visual management, problem solving). You are responsible for leading targeted improvement projects, and you will also support strategic factory improvement projects, which may be related to improvements in productivity, cost-effectiveness, or quality. You will also participate in or lead internal audits.

What You bring

evidence of LEAN expertise and improvement projects

problem-solving skills

technical expertise from e.g., production technology, mechanical engineering, or electric automation

expertise in data processing and the necessary tools

good written and oral English skills and some Finnish language skills
