Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: You drive sustainable automation and digitalization initiatives to gain further productivity through a P58 business governance role across workstreams (OTC, CS, FI) You are responsible for the identification and scaling of digital tools and automated functions within the P58 Ecosystem You take business ownership of automated solutions around P58 EcoSystem from business governance perspective in close collaboration with P58 Business process owners You ensure tool or solution design is in-line with P58 template and IT strategy You are responsible for checking if automation or digitalization potentials are or can be achieved with existing P58 functionality or other standard solution You use case evaluation and documentation of productivity gains You ensure that digital tool or automated solution does not contradict P58 template or processes You propose and promote available solutions within P58 already in the course of deployment cycles You align priorities with all stakeholders (Template governance, ISD, System owner, Business and Regions) and drive implementation You are responsible for the communication of potential solutions to ensure global scaling Your responsibilities include the identification and early involvement of key stakeholders You are responsible for the evaluation of scaling potential and driving decision proposals You contribute in P58 Ecosystem communication strategy To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You successfully completed a business degree You have longtime professional experience and process know-how in the areas of logistics, controlling, service and sales You successfully practiced the analysis of complex relationships, including translation into meaningful representations You convince us with your excellent SAP knowledge and experience preferably in P58 You are safe handling MS-Office Knowledge or personal interest in automation and digitalization topics round up your profile Your attributes and skills: You have reliable English skills in words and writing.
