Arctic TreeHouse Hotel is a luxury hotel in the Arctic Circle, bringing the comfort luxury and Lappish hospitality to life in a new way for our guests. Our aim is to bring something extraordinary to the guests stay while in Rovaniemi, and make the guests feel like they are at home through our service and atmosphere.

GUEST SERVICE AGENT - FRONT DESK

 Arctic TreeHouse Hotel is looking for a Guest Service Agent that would be interested in joining our Guest Service Team. The department consists of Reception, Concierge and Reservation duties for the winter season.   This role is hospitality and customer service driven and previous reception experience from a luxury hotel will be an advantage. You need to have a Can-Do attitude and must be a team player and be able to multitask. We work in a past paced environment, and you need to be comfortable talking to guests and solving problems. We work in a luxury environment and we strive to deliver service excellence.   Duties Include: -Checking guests in and out -Billing - Reservations - E-mails & Telephone calls -Concierge, booking activities -Liaison with guests and service recovery when a problem occurs   - Driving valet cars - Helping with luggage  

You will work with the below tools and software: -Opera Cloud – Oracle -Symphony -Booking.com -Expedia -NETS Payments - Whatsapp -Trello -Optiwatti We work in Shifts, so the working hours are : 07:30 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 22:30. The time period would be 2 October 2023 to 31 March 2024. We are offering 90 Hour / 3 week Contracts.    During the high season the hours may be the possibility to increased the working hours to 112,5 depending on the workload. Requirements: - Valid driver license. - Excellent command of the English language, ( Finnish language an advantage but not a requirement). - Ability to legally work in Finland (Finnish working visa or EU Residence). - Previous experience  in a luxury hotel. - Please include a recent photograph in your CV. Staff Housing: We can offer staff housing in shared apartments. We can offer rooms which feature 2x single beds (Shared Doubled Room) . Team members are responsible to make their own way to and from work.
