As a Domain Architect, you will make a difference and build a new international IT environment to support a rapidly growing Elisa International Digital Services (IDS) business.

In this key position, you will join a growing international team and be part of Elisa IT, reporting to the Head of IDS IT Management. Your closest colleagues will be the IT specialists and business representatives in different Elisa IDS companies around the world. However, in a matrix, you will be working in close cooperation with Elisa IT Architects, Solution Managers, and other subject matter experts.

Elisa's International Digital Services unit hosts new, globally growing business teams in areas such as Elisa IndustrIQ, Elisa Polystar, and Distributed Energy Storage. These domains are functioning as individual startups within Elisa, and they are swiftly growing.

This position can be located in Helsinki, Stockholm, or any of Elisa’s office in Central Europe (Petershausen, Berlin, Frankfurt, Aachen, Brussels, or other), but like the rest of the Elisians, you can work flexibly wherever you get the best results.

Your Main Responsibilities Are

• Design and manage the information, application and integration architecture in the Sales and Marketing, HR, and Finance domains within IDS businesses
• Design and help to implement digital services in cooperation with IT colleagues in Elisa Corporate IT and within IDS companies
• If you have the experience, participate in the design and drive the implementation of the managed cloud platform for running internal business applications
• Drive Elisa IDS towards highly digitalized and cloud-based IT environment

To succeed in this position, we value

• Ability to understand and react to business requirements and turn them into practical solutions
• 5+ years of experience in at least two of the areas of Sales and Marketing, HR, and Finance domains
• Preferably you have worked in a software company and have gone through scale-up / consolidation phases
• General understanding of business capabilities, their relations and how to use these capabilities to define information, application and integration architectures
• Knowledge/experience in the architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF
• Capability of producing visually good quality documents with clear messaging
• Interest towards emerging trends and technologies
• Bachelor or higher degree, e.g. in engineering or computer science
• Solid communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel occasionally
