Network Solution Manager

As a Network Solution Manager, you will be part of the Voice Services unit in Network Systems & Delivery (NSD), Telia Company’s Group Technology organization. You will take a leading role in the development of Voice Services across our Nordic and Baltic networks. The unit is responsible for the Service life cycle from development through operational phases and includes Solution Management and Service Management roles which act E2E across network domains. The main services managed by the unit include Mobile Voice (including VoLTE, Circuit Switched Voice, Wi-Fi Calling), Fixed Voice (including PSTN/ISDN, SIP Trunk, VoIP), IN application services and supporting B2B Voice services.
The work duties consist of but are not limited to:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and refine the Customer and Business requirements provided through the Epic and in some cases Customer interaction.
- Lead Solution Development and be accountable for Solution being delivered in response to a given Epic.
- Drive analysis and creation of Solutions meeting Business Requirements (including time, cost, and quality), together with Solution/System Architects and Experts.
- Create and maintain, Solution Vision, Solution Intent, Solution Roadmap, and plan Solution Demo, together with Solution/System Architects and Experts.
- Break down Epic into Capabilities which are defined, agreed with Epic Owner.
- Actively communicate with stakeholders such as Epic owners and Agile Release Train (ART) representatives.
- Maintain a prioritized Solution backlog. Agree and define candidate Features with ART Product Managers.
- Support relevant planning and execution forums and activities such as Pre/Post PI planning and Solution Sync meetings.
- Manage vendors - which may include driving RFPs, as well as contract execution and continued interaction.

Your experience:
- Deep technical knowledge of Voice solutions including a detailed understanding of how Voice Services are produced, including 3-5 years' working in a related network development or operations role.
- A successful track record defining and delivering complex solutions, including 3-5 years' experience leading complex cross functionality development of network solutions.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate people as well as nurture effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrable understanding of processes and organizational impact of new technical solutions. Able to adapt and build processes across organizations, and secure clear ownership of systems and activities.
- Experience of SAFe framework, and ITIL.
- Experience handling vendors and previous experience with defining RFPs and carrying out on agreed contracts.
- Good understanding of the industry and customer insights.
- A Degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
- Fluent English language skills.
