We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Performance Marketing Lead to join our Financial Management Software Unit at Accountor. As the Performance Marketing Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of paid advertising, driving conversions at optimal costs per acquisition, and leveraging the amount of MQL's through the web. Your key responsibilities in this position would be:

• Create and manage Google Ad + display campaigns
• Create and manage Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin Ads
• Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for ROAS
• Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
• Regularly review channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website) and recommend optimization
• Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, and user testings/feedback to improve conversion rates
• Build and develop reports e.g. Looker studio for all performance marketing and cost allocation tracking
• Gather competitor data and analyze it
• Build good relationships in-house and with our external partners

Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, but our other lo

cations are in Turku, Tampere, Oulu and Jyväskylä. We work with a flexible hybrid model. 

• Hands-on experience in a similar marketing role with a proven track record of success
• Able to work in a multi-product environment with many internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in both vendor and in-house set-up
• Detail-oriented with an eye for data analysis
• Strong Google Ads Search and Display skills
• Experience in Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Proficient both in Finnish and in English
