Together with the team, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and development of all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the organization. You will find yourself developing new and existing integration solutions that not only fit our current ecosystem but are also scalable for future needs.</p> <p>Join us as a <strong>Senior Integration Specialist</strong>, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain services used in application integrations.</li> <li>Participate in the implementation of integration governance and standardization practices.</li> <li>Work with the relevant teams to design, build, and implement application integrations, utilizing both API integrations and database queries.</li> <li>Coordinate directly with business users to best understand and analyze business specifications.</li> <li>Audit and monitor API usage and logging.</li> <li>Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.</li> <li>Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to promote and facilitate collaboration, cooperation, and teamwork among diverse groups and individuals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s OR master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Engineering, or related fields).</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience as an integration specialist or related job.</li> <li>Experience with API development, proxy development, runtime mappings, messaging competence, and low-code tools/development expertise</li> <li>Experience working with APIs from commercial software applications.</li> <li>Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies</li> <li>Proficiency with at least one programming language: e.g. C#/Java/Ruby/Javascript</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we consider an advantage:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Vendor management and enterprise application support, in addition to strong business understanding and project management.</li> <li>Agile methodologies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Helsinki Office</strong></p> <p>RELEXians can be found around the world, but here we’re based in Helsinki.
