You can be the change at RELEX.</p> <p>We are now looking for a full-time Finnish-speaking <strong>Technical</strong><strong> Service</strong><strong> Consultant</strong> to join our RELEX family in Helsinki to start to focus on RELEX Workforce optimisation and management solution 2nd level support in the first phase. You will be part of an innovative team of Technical Service Consultants, who will help you succeed in your new role.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The role requires planning and executing development work, contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction. This role includes a great deal of freedom in regard to structuring your work, but you will always have your supportive colleagues by your side. It is perfect for you if you are technically skilled and enjoy taking ownership of your work. Do you love taking care of customers as well? Then you will be the perfect fit!</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Manage technical workstreams&nbsp;</li> <li>Plan and execute development work in customer environments</li> <li>Investigate technical issues for our customers</li> <li>Handle escalations from the 1st line support teams (24/7)</li> <li>Build integrations between RELEX and customer backend systems&nbsp;</li> <li>Improve service phase work within and across the teams&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring to the table:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s/Master's degree and some experience working in the field of Information Technology Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computing Science</li> <li>Fluent communication skills in <strong>Finnish and English</strong>. Your customers will be mainly Finnish companies in the first phase while our internal company language is English.</li> <li>Knowledge of databases (e.g. PostgreSQL especially)&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience of ETL-processes and data integrations (e.g. REST API)</li> <li>Knowledge of Git&nbsp;</li> <li>Some programming experience (Java, Ruby, Node.js, TypeScript are ideal)</li> <li>Problem solving and analytical skills (including interpreting different logs etc.)&nbsp;</li> <li>Understanding of how Support services function</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we consider as an advantage:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience and understanding of retail, supply chain management and enterprise software&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of other coding languages&nbsp;</li> <li>Ambition to grow as an individual and professional&nbsp;</li> <li>Basics of Linux, Unix and MS Azure&nbsp;</li> <li>MS Office 365 knowledge (Excel especially)</li> </ul> <p>RELEXians can be found around the world, but here we’re based in Helsinki.
