Elisa Workday Journey since November 2020 is expanding more international per our strategical M&A Business growth and we want to invest further in our Digital HR services team.

We are now looking for an experienced WorkdayProfessionalto manage Workday development, maintenance and support hands-on and with a strong service design attitude.

You have a central role to enable an excellent employee experience and winning workplace culture by constantly developing the core capabilities of our Workday. Building on your excellent hands-on experience and developing your skills further you might be the perfect fit to join our Workday Team. As Workday Development Manageryou will be responsible for developing processes and functionalities while improving user experience. Your role also includes hands-on duties in your responsible area, which we can agree in more detail depending on your expertise and own desire vs. together with the teams joint responsibilities. You will verify that end to end system functionality, including processes, is working as per design in co-operation with the HR Process Owners & Workday Team & 3rd Parties.

What do we expect from you?

• Several years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations and development, configuration, testing and reporting
• Capability to work in an international environment
• A strong service design attitude and enthusiasm for developing Digital People processes
• Highly skilled, solution-oriented person with a can do -attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive focused execution
• Highly motivated, flexible team player with the ability to deliver in a timely and professional manner
• Great collaboration and communication skills that enable cross cultural co-operation
• We work in Finnish and English, additional language abilities are welcome
