The Database allows billions of rows of data to be crunched into valuable information that empowers our customers to make better decisions. We are constantly developing new features, looking for new innovations and improving the performance of our database systems.&nbsp;</p> <p>Join us as a&nbsp;<strong>Senior Technical Product Owner, </strong>and this is some of what you’ll be doing:</p> <p>You would join RELEX Plan Platform Product Management team and work closely with the database development team – providing specifications, prioritizing backlog, building roadmap, and supporting the development team. You will also participate in defining the long-term strategy for our database systems with architects and other stakeholders.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Define short-term roadmap and participate in defining long-term roadmap and vision for RELEX Plan database ensuring it support the needs of developers and end-users.</li> <li>Participate in technical and architectural discussions related to RELEX Plan&nbsp;to ensure scalability and performance to handle a growing number of computational needs.</li> <li>Run product discovery to elicit requirements and to find new opportunities.</li> <li>Act as advocate for the developers that will use the database to ensure an efficient development experience.</li> <li>Drive the specification of Epics and future features.</li> <li>Understand the technical aspects of the database and work with the technical team to prioritize features and improve the platform's overall performance.</li> <li>Track KPIs (such as performance metrics) and seek improvements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate acceptance testing for tickets that have been developed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Document, communicate and demonstrate features and solutions for internal and external stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’re looking for: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience of working as a Product Manager or Product Owner&nbsp;</li> <li>Earlier knowledge of database systems and architecture&nbsp;or strong interest and willingness to learn.&nbsp;</li> <li>We work following agile methodologies, therefore experience and understanding of Agile practices will ease the performance in this role.</li> <li>Ability to communicate with engineers and management, including the capacity to create consensus.</li> <li>Experience executing prioritized projects. Making hard decisions and trade-offs come naturally to you.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels&nbsp;</li> <li>Earlier knowledge of RELEX or other supply chain planning solutions is considered a plus&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience of working with SaaS products is considered a plus&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><em>Because of the close collaboration with the development team, the preferred physical location is Helsinki or at least the candidate needs to be able to visit Helsinki on a regular basis.&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong>Our Helsinki office</strong></p> <p>RELEXians can be found around the world, but here we’re based in Helsinki.
