Elisa’s Data & Analytics unit is responsible for development of large-scale analytics to various Elisa’s business needs. We value the data, are focused of learning how to serve our customers better and want to produce experiences in our customers’ everyday life.

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing team of Elisa’s Data & Analytics unit. The position is located in Pasila (Helsinki), but the work can be done basically anywhere from Finland. The position is full-time and permanent.

Your main tasks would include utilizing data and dashboarding to improve marketing performance measurement and increase understanding of marketing KPIs, activities and impact. This requires skills in networking and collaboration with other data and marketing experts, in combination with solid technical hands-on experience with business intelligence tools.

In this role, you will get a chance to make your own choices and align development work with your vision. We believe in giving employees the freedom to choose the best way to perform their tasks.

What you’ll do

• Lead dashboard development for marketing as a Data & Analytics team member
• Take initiative and work together with data and marketing experts across Elisa
• Build solutions using technologies like Power BI and SQL
• Help develop analytics culture and ways of working in the team and Elisa as a whole

Who you are

• Prior experience or background in marketing
• 3+ years of work experience in an analytical role, e.g. as a data / business analyst or BI developer
• Project management and coordination skills with fluent communication in English (Finnish is a plus)
• Experience in BI tools and technologies like Power BI, Looker Studio or SQL
• Experience in data pipeline building, data architecture, or data modeling is an asset
• Experience in marketing related tools like Google Analytics, Supermetrics or Funnel is an asset
