Facility and Energy Expert

We are now looking for a Facility and Energy Expert to join our Real Estate Team working for a better future and the possibility to develop the brand-new STH facility. The preferred location for the position is in Vaasa, Finland with possibility to hybrid working model. 

What you will be doing
In this position, your work will include facility maintenance, real estate projects and develop energy solutions for STH. You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support from own as well as from T&V team. For us to be the best match, we expect you to have understanding in facility management and experience from working with energy solutions for facilities. 
 
As Facility and Energy expert, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Facility energy management and development 
• Facility management
• STH sustainability development
• Lead real estate projects  

 
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Relevant academic degree (e.g. B.Sc. or M.Sc.) 
• 5+ years of experience in facility management and development
• Facility energy solutions and development
• Fluent written and spoken English. Other languages are an advantage
