Job description 

We are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who is passionate about finding highly talented people and helping them thrive. This is an individual contributor role, where you will get to be immersed in the full lifecycle of the recruitment process all the way from sourcing and interviewing to the finish line. In addition to being involved in the daily recruitment activities, you will own our end-to-end recruitment process, including developing effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for continuous recruitment process development and related training needs, enhancing candidate experience, and helping develop our external employer branding 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Managing the overall recruitment process from start to finish 
  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans 

  • Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings 

  • Managing the candidate experience and employer branding activities 

  • Training and working daily with our hiring managers, to maintain a high-quality recruitment process 

  • Monitoring key recruitment metrics, identifying development areas and proposing improvement needs accordingly 

  

Our expectations 

  • Proven experience of success as a Talent Acquisition professional or similar role 
  • Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including strategic planning 

  • Solid understanding of all talent acquisition methods and techniques 

  • Skilled in the use of social media and job boards for recruitment 

  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases 

  • Self-starter with an ability to perform tasks independently  

  • Experience and willingness to work in a fast-growing company where freedom and accountability go hand in hand 

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills 

  • Excellent English skills 

  • Previous experience in the field of VR/XR field is a plus
