I am Marianna Chekurova, the Head of Digital Channels Finland. During the past couple of years, we have made a huge work in building Telia’s future Online Services with modern technology and innovative ways-of-working. Additionally, we have changed the engineering culture and have insourced talented engineers. Right now, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to continue this journey and lead development and operations in the customer channels area.

As an Engineering Manager, your main objectives are to lead Agile teams and work closely with business stakeholders, helping teams to deliver world-class digital services, constantly refining development culture, and being actively involved in vendor management and recruitment of new talents. Your team is building digital channels for business and enterprise customers. This role will be based in Helsinki.

Your skills & experience:

• Solid experience in building and leading Agile teams

• Extensive experience with Software Engineers and the development process

• Practical operational expertise

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Structured and organized approach to work, including financial operations

• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile practices

• Proficiency in vendor management and tech recruitment

• Fluency in both Finnish and English
