We're now looking for QA Engineers (Jr. and Sr.) to join our R&D teams!

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you would be the technical lead of the QA team. You would be improving our CI/CD pipelines and helping application teams and quality engineers to enhance the current testing processes. As a Junior Quality Engineer, you would start with the manual testing. You will learn to understand the business requirements and test that the products are working well together. You are eager to learn how to automate tests. In the future you will know what should be automated and what should be tested manually and help the development team to design those tests.

Here are some practicalities that would help you in succeeding in this role:

• You have a good understanding of QA and testing processes
• Experience in manual testing - functional testing, regression testing, exploratory testing
• You are familiar with or willing to learn automated testing - we write tests in Java and JavaScript using for example Cypress and Karma
• Knowledge and experience with Jira, Git and Jenkins is a plus
• Being familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies for development.
• Experience in multicultural and remote teamwork
• Willingness to work with a multicultural team and in hybrid model – we have an office in Lublin
• You are fluent in English
