As a Customer Support & Community lead at Yousician, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and community engagement. Joining our team means taking charge of the day-to-day support operations, maintaining our already excellent support functions. In this role, you'll run our support functions, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional assistance and support. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining our high standards and fostering strong customer relationships.

What you will do
As a Customer Support & Community lead, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Take full ownership of our support function, maintaining its smooth operation. Our team is international and works remotely from various time zones.
- Develop and enhance our community engagement efforts, fostering a stronger connection and interaction with our users through various channels.
- Manage and supervise a team of support agents and specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure their success.
- Act as a liaison between our users and Yousician Product teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer feedback, and user insights to inform ongoing improvements in support, community management, and Product.
- Manage and ensure smooth operations and efficient tool management (our main tools are Zendesk, AppFollow, Jira, Stella Connect, Uservoice).
- Develop and implement a strategy to make best use of AI technology in our customer support and community function.
What you need to succeed
- Previous experience in leading a customer support team and community management role, working with mobile games, education, fitness or similar.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and provide clear instructions.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality support and community experiences.
- Proficiency in using support tools, CRM systems, and community management platforms.
- Experience in playing / teaching instruments is a nice-to-have
