Job description

We are now looking for a Receptionist to join our talented team of professionals. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and employees arriving at our busy office in central Helsinki, and hence, plays a key part in creating the first impression of our company.

The ideal person for this role will have a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills, ideally having previous experience working in an office environment and performing administrative tasks. The ability to multitask is also essential to the position.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Greet guests and employees arriving at the office
  • Answer phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments
  • Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
  • Answer questions from employees and guests
  • Keep the office organized and stocked throughout kitchens, conference rooms, stock and storage rooms and common areas
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

  • Prior experience working in an office environment and performing administrative tasks

  • Team player with a proactive, flexible attitude
  • Self-driven personality with good planning and organizational skills
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and systems
