HR Development Manager (Helsinki)




We are currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled HR professional who specializes in leadership development!
At Elisa we call these change makers and championsDEVELOPMENT MANAGERSs. As a Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying needs, designing, delivering, supporting, and evaluating comprehensive leadership development programs and learning journeys for all people leaders across our organization. Your main responsibility will be fostering a learning culture and facilitating the growth of desired leadership behaviors through innovative and impactful development initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify leadership development needs and design comprehensive programs and learning journeys for leaders worldwide.
- Conduct skill and competency needs analysis to align leadership programs with specific business needs and objectives.
- Facilitate engaging and effective in-person and virtual leadership development training sessions, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create innovative learning solutions and experiences that drive leadership development and desired leadership behaviors.
- Ensure that learning experiences incorporate adult learning principles and modern instructional design best practices.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS ARE EXPECTED:
- At least 3 years of leadership development and training delivery experience with a proven track record in a global environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both executive and classroom settings.
- Proficiency in facilitating change processes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve goals within a matrixed environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- A relevant master's degree.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
